I so need to do that. I MIGHT just have Thad sold on grinding my own wheat which will add an entirely new dimension too!! hee hee....So fun though!!
New blog look and a new school room? You are adventurous! We love my homemade bread here, but I have been using store bought flour (surprisingly, Kroger brand whole wheat mixed with Kroger brand unbleached). I have all the equipment for grinding my own wheat, but gave up a few years ago when my Y2K stash ran out.
